The West Virginia Black Dog Ranch consists of 2 rental units located on a Bailey House:

All rentals begin at 2:00 P.M. and end at 9:00 A.M. unless other arrangements have been made. * New Years, M.L. King, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day,
Columbus Day, & Veterans
Day. RATES DO NOT INCLUDE APPLICABLE SALES AND LODGING TAXES. Rental rates subject to change without notice. Absolutely NO ATV riding on property. This will result in immediate eviction with loss of rental fee. There are more than 100 miles of trails available to ride. Due to insurance reasons there can be NO ATV riding on the farm. No pets allowed. A 50% deposit must be received (either check or credit card) within 1 week of placing the reservation. All cancellations made within 4 weeks of arrival are subject to forfeiture of deposit. Reservations outside of 4 weeks subject to a $50 cancellation fee. All rentals require a security deposit or credit card number. No parties are allowed. Parties will result in forfeiture of rental fee and eviction. No more than six adults are permitted per unit. Groups greater than six will be evicted with no refund. The Black Dog Ranch is not responsible for any accidents, lost, damaged, or stolen property.
